RENTAL TERMS

The customer renting the equipment assumes full responsibility for taking all necessary precautions to prevent injuries and damage to the equipment. The customer is also responsible for maintaining the equipment in its original condition throughout the rental period.

PAYMENT TERMS

There’s a  $100 fully refundable damage deposit. 

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm or secure your booking/date, which will be applied to the total cost. Full payment is due, along with the $1oo damage deposit 7days before the event date

Please be aware that the prices quoted do not include the $100 damage deposit.

The damage deposit will be refunded in full if no damage occurs to Whimsy Touch Events property.

Additional charges may apply for custom themes not listed on the website/form , and for parties held outside our designated delivery area.

The prices listed are for parties/events in Regina, and it includes set up and takedown costs. If you reside outside of Regina or specified areas, Please reach out to us to explore alternative arrangements and pricing.

Out of town additional costs

Pilot Butte :$40

White City : $40

Lumsden : $50

Balgonie : $50

Please note that for our DIY package, you’ll be responsible for collecting and returning all picnic and sleepover items as well as setting up, taking down and returning them.

All pricing is subject to tax and does not include food and beverage.

To facilitate a seamless setup, Please ensure the designated party space is completely clear of furniture and clutter before our arrival.

Guests are to bring their own pillows as Whimsy Touch Events pillows are only for decorative use.
