Whimsy Touch Events is an event planning and rental company that specializes in creating magical and memorable experiences for our clients. We offer three main services: Sleepover Parties, Luxury Picnic setups, and Movie Night rentals. Our goal is to provide unique stress free , and luxurious experiences that exceeds our clients’ expectations. We tale care of every detail, from set up to take down, so our clients can focus on making unforgettable memories with their loved ones.
We’re thrilled to offer our services to a wide range of clients!Our Sleepover parties, Luxury Picnics, and Movie Nights entals are perfect for:

Simply follow these steps:

- Check our availability by contacting us through our website, phone or email
- Choose yoor preferred package and services
- Provide us with your event details, including date, time , and number of guests
- We’ll send you a customized quote and contract
- Sign and return the contract,and pay the required deposit fees (50%) to secure your booking
- Finalize the details with our team, and get ready for an unforgettable experience
- Note: We require a minimum of 2weeks booking for all bookings. Hurry, spots fill up quickly!
We adore fur babies, but for the safety of our equipment and your pets, please keep them outside of the teepees. The air matresses inside the teepees can be damaged by claws and teeth, so let’s keep them cozy and safe outside. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! We’ll work with you to reschedule or provide an alternative indoor setup to ensure event goes smoothly.
We”‘ll reschedule your party for a later date within 365days of the original date.
If bad weather hits on day of pick up, we’ll delay pickup until its safe for our team to travel and handle equipment.Your safety and our team’s safety are top priorities. We’ll work with you to find a new date that works for everyone.
We recommend your party date as soon as possible, especially for popular dates like weekends and holidays.This ensures availability and allows us to tailor our services to your specific needs. Don’t hesitate to reach out ,even if your event is last minute- we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $100( depending on the package) is required with the final payment 1 week prior to event. The deposit will be refunded within 7-10 business days after the event, provided that no damages or excessive cleaning are required.
Refund policy:
-Cancellations made within 30days prior to the event date: full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
-Cancellations made within 7 days prior to event date ,and all fees have been paid: the funds are only transferrable or receive 50% refund.
Please note that our refund policy are subject to change and we reserve the right to modify it as needed.
We’re flexible and understand that changes can happen. If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to accommodate a new date. Please note that the security deposit is non refundable, but it is transferrable to a future booking. If you cancel within 7 days of the party and have already paid all fees, you can either transfer the funds to a new booking or receive 50% refund of the party package cost.
To facilitate a seamless setup, please ensure the designated area is furniture free and clean.We are not resonsible for moving furniture or cleaning the area, so your preparation is greatly appreciated
Yes, we charge applicable taxes on our services and products. We’ll include the relevant tax amount on your invoice. Please note that taxes are subject to change, and we’ll always strive to provide you with the most up-to-date information

Absolutely! We specialize in creating magical outdoor experiences. We offer outdoor party packages for luxury picnic and movie night. We also offer outdoor sleepover setup but it comes with additional cost. Our team will work with you to select a suitable and comfortable atmosphere, and provide all necessary equipments and amenities.
Please note that outdoor parties are weather dependent, and we may need to have a backup plan in case of unfavourable weather conditions. We’ll work closely with you to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.
Yes! We’re committed to making your teepee sleepover party unforgettable! If you’d like to extend the magic for an extra night or two, we’re happy to accommodate your request, subject to availability and our booking schedule. For a nominal fee of $50 per teepee per night, you can prolong the tfun and create even more cherished memories with your guests.
Yes, we’ll need access to a power source to inflate our beds and balloons.
Of course! You can host your teepee party in your backyard! Imagine a magical teepee sleepover under the stars! Please note that an additional $100 fee will be added to your package price to cover the extra logistics.
Our teepees stand at a comfortable 5feet tall, spacious enough for both adults and children. Each teepee is equipped with twin sized air mattresses.
We’re based in Regina, but we serve Regina environs like Pilot Butte, White City,Lumsden and Balgorie.
The prices quoted on our pricing page are for parties/events in Regina.. If you reside outside of Regina or in the specified areas, please reach out to our to us to explore alternative arrangements and pricing.
We love a good theme party! We can customize our teepees to fit your unique theme and color scheme.For an additional charge of $50-$100 (depending on the theme and number of guests) We’ll work with you to create a cohesive and immersive experience. Let us know your theme and ideas, and we’ll take care of the details.
